Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to eConnect Oman digital business card services, including hosted profiles, QR codes, analytics, templates, WhatsApp links, and company account management.
Business Card Information
Users are responsible for keeping their name, phone, email, company, images, links, and other profile details accurate. Published card details may be visible to anyone who opens the public card link or scans the QR code.
Business Sharing Consent
If a user enables business sharing, eConnect Oman may use or share selected profile and contact information with trusted third-party businesses, partners, or service providers to improve business engagement, lead generation, marketing opportunities, customer communication, and related commercial services.
Users may turn this permission off from their dashboard. When permission is disabled, eConnect Oman will stop new optional partner sharing, except where processing is required for service operation, legal compliance, security, billing, audit, or support.
Company Accounts
Company admins may manage employee cards, templates, images, links, passwords, and analytics for users connected to their company, within the license limits assigned by the super admin.
Analytics
The platform records card visits and technical analytics such as date, device, browser, operating system, referrer, and IP-related information where available. These analytics help users and companies understand card engagement.
Acceptable Use
Users must not publish unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, copyrighted, or impersonating content. eConnect Oman may suspend or disable accounts, cards, templates, or links that violate these terms or create security, legal, or reputation risk.
Expiry and Access
Cards may be disabled or show an expiry message when the account subscription has expired. Users should contact the admin to renew or reactivate service.
Updates
eConnect Oman may update these terms as the SaaS platform grows. Continued use of the service after updates means the user accepts the latest terms.
